Delete my data

You can delete a CoachPointe account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app. Parents may request deletion for a child's account. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Option A. Delete inside the app (preferred)

1. Open CoachPointe on the Android device where the account is signed in. You do not need to reinstall if the app is already installed.
2. Sign in with the parent or account email used at signup. CoachPointe uses Supabase Auth for email-based sessions. If you are signed out, use the in-app sign-in flow (magic link or password, depending on what your build shows).
3. Open account or settings and choose Delete Account (or the equivalent label in your build). Confirm when prompted.
4. We remove the dancer profile, assessment history, and voice recordings tied to that account. Some aggregated or anonymized data may remain in a form that cannot reasonably be linked back to an individual.

Option B. Delete by email (no reinstall required)

If you no longer have the device, uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in:

1. Email dancedad.studio@gmail.com from the parent email on the account when possible.
2. Use subject line: CoachPointe data deletion request
3. Include: the account email, dancer first name (if helpful), and whether you want full account deletion. Do not send passwords.
4. We verify the request (for example by confirming control of the parent email), then delete or de-identify personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

What gets deleted

• Account and profile information (dancer and parent contact fields we store)
• Assessment history and related skeletal metrics we retained
• Voice recordings from optional lesson logs (these also auto-delete after 30 days)

Subscriptions billed through Google Play are managed in your Google Play account settings. Deleting CoachPointe data does not automatically issue store refunds. Refunds follow Google Play policy.

Kids and parental requests

CoachPointe is directed at children and teens. Parents or legal guardians may withdraw consent and request deletion of a child's data at any time. See the children's privacy section in our Privacy Policy.

Beta signup list

If you only joined the beta waitlist and have not created an account, email dancedad.studio@gmail.com and we will remove your email from the signup list.
